On May 9th, at 7pm in Withrow Park is Birth Fire
Birth is a powerful event in our lives. Sometimes it is magnificent, ecstatic and beautiful, but sometimes it doesn’t go as we’d hoped, possibly leaving behind some very strong feelings.Join us around a fire as we let go of all that is unhelpful or disappointing about birth – personal experiences, medical practices or cultural perspectives. Bring to the fire bad advice, upsetting circumstances, poor communication, fears and cultural attitudes towards birth.
