Streetcar developments have big plans for the area between Queen Street and Eastern avenue to the West of Broadview. The site, which is currently the home of a Toyota dealership and a moving company, is planned to house more than 800 condo units in four buildings, along with several auto dealerships and retail shops. Tomorrow, March 4, there is a community consultation on the project that will be held from 6:30pm – 9:00pm on the second floor of the Ralph Thornton Centre at 765 Queen Street East. The goal of the meeting is to inform the community of what’s planned for the site and to allow the community to provide feedback on the proposal.
